Gooderson Natal Spa Hot Springs Resort, Paulpietersburg

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the tranquil location and peaceful surroundings were a big plus, the room accommodations were lacking in comfort and warmth. The facilities were decent, including a fun water park, but the dining options could use some improvement. The staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

While the hotel offers some fantastic activities and a clean environment, the overall experience was marred by several issues. The rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, and the service, particularly at the reception and during dining, could use significant improvement. However, the dining did offer delicious meals when they were executed properly and the activities were a great draw for the kids.
